MITCalc version 1.30Decin, Czech Republic, 1.6.2005
Engineering calculations MITCalc were extended with new modules. - New calculation of fifteen types of
springs Calculation of springs (15 different types). The calculation is designed for geometric and strength design of metal springs of different types and finishes, stressed by statical, possibly cyclical load. The program enables automatic design (search) of a spring with appropriate dimensions and static or dynamic strength check. The program can be used for designing spiral, disc, helical, torsion and leaf springs, of different shapes and diameters of wire. (More...) Calculation of internal / external toothing. The calculations are designed for geometric and strength design and check of external and internal spur toothing with rectilinear and helical teeth. Toothing can be designed for selected safety coefficients and strength calculation has been further refined. Newly the calculations provide use of a range of optimization methods, like choice of proper correction to balance specific slips, minimize specific slips, required strength, etc. Besides a whole range of other calculations (e.g. designing accurate axial distance, calculation of check dimensions, calculation of temperature rise, etc.), the tools for drawing an accurate shape of tooth are available, which provides use of these data directly for production of toothing and creation of an accurate 3D model. 14 New versions of MITCalc are available for download here. About MITCalcMITCalc is a multi-language mechanical and technical calculation package. It includes solutions for gear, belt and chain drives, bearings, springs, bearings, beam, shaft, bolt connection, shaft connection, tolerances and many other mechanical parts. The calculations are compatible with most types of 2D and 3D CAD systems (AutoCAD®, AutoCAD LT®, IntelliCAD®, Ashlar Graphite®, TurboCAD®, Autodesk Inventor®, SolidWorks®, Solid Edge®, Pro/ENGINEER®...) , support both Imperial and Metric units, and are processed according to ANSI, ISO, DIN, BS, Japanese and other common standards. © Copyright 2005, All rights reserved. |
